There are people who will argue that kindness and empathy won’t fix anything; after all we cannot care people back to health, back to happiness, back to life. This is a truth. I hope though, that by attesting to these acts of altruism, I might reach people who feel just as defeated as I do and let them know that no kindness is worthless.
